Exchange and return policy
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are free to exchange
one or more of the items from your order, or return for a refund. Please read below for
our detailed policy regarding the exchange and return process.
If the color or the size of the item(s) ordered does not meet your expectations, then
you have 14 days from the point of delivery to request an exchange. Simply email
us within 14 days of receiving your package to request an exchange and start the process.
From there, you will need to fill in the exchange form with your original order number,
indicating the specific product(s) that you wish to return, and providing us with the
article number(s) and size(s) of the item(s) you wish to have in exchange.
You may then ship the item(s) to our warehouse to be restocked. Return shipping is at
your own expense. Please be sure to opt for a tracked or insured shipping method with
a proof of postage. Packages sent with too little postage cannot be accepted at the
warehouse and will be returned to the sender.
We hope you will love your products. But if for any reason you would like a refund,
you have 14 days from the point of receipt to email us to request a return. From here,
you will fill in the return form and send your item(s) back to our warehouse. Make
sure to indicate on the return form the original order number and item(s) you intend

Processing your exchange or return
Once we have received an email requesting the exchange or return, we will be waiting
for the package to arrive. As soon as the items have been received in good condition,
we will refund the total amount (excluding any shipping costs) within 5 business days
to your original form of payment.

do our best to help work out a resolution. Please be sure to include your email address or
telephone number so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
General terms and conditions
The attached Terms and Conditions will apply to all offers, orders and agreements of ZINGA.
By placing an order, the customer automatically accepts and agrees to the stipulations set
forth in the following General Terms and Conditions.
